The Daubert Standard is the legal standard used in US Courts to determine the admissibility of expert witness testimony and scientific evidence. Our system can be utilized to provide reliable and relevant science based vocational data to strengthen legal arguments.

Count on the McCroskey Vocational Assessment System to assist in producing written reports. California Labor Code, 5703(j) governs the admission of vocational expert reports as evidence in a trial.
